I am proud to release the V2 Technical Operations dashboard for Welcomm Communications, which has these amazing features:

• Three separate sections for each area
• Open and Closed case count
• Yesterday's cases (Friday's if Monday)
• Average case/fault completion hours
• Case rating score average
• Call Quality Management (CQM) scores
• Individuals page useful for 1-to-1s
• Date and time slicers at the top of the page

This dashboard allows the manager of Technical Operations to make team-wide insights on progress of KPIs, as well as effective analysis on a person-by-person basis. Each card has it's own unique drill through page, allowing for seamless analysis.

This report uses lives data from our bespoke CRM, therefore updating every 90 minutes + data from Microsoft lists, which leverages Microsoft Power Automate to get the data into Power BI.

• 3 easily readable KPI pages for each area of TOs 
• 960 individual calculations 
• Average of 64 calculations per person for 4/5 KPIs 
• Ranking system comparing data across 3 KPI areas 
• Landing page to see all 3 areas in one place 
• Navigation system using bookmarks
